Brandon Dotts

Brandon Dotts has an extensive work history with experience in customer success, strategic accounts, and account management. Brandon is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Kaltura, where they previously held roles such as Senior Director of Customer Success and Senior Director of Strategic Accounts. Before Kaltura, Brandon worked at NICE Ltd, where they held various positions including Solutions Executive, Manager of the Business Consulting Office, and Senior Business Consultant. Brandon also has experience in project and service delivery management at 211 San Diego and 211 Orange County. Additionally, Brandon worked as a Database Manager at 2-1-1 Santa Barbara.

Brandon Dotts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Management Theory from the University of San Diego. Brandon also obtained a certification in CustomerCentric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling institution in 2015.
