Keren Kalifa

Keren Kalifa is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical support and education. Currently serving as Regional Lead at Kaltura since November 2020, Keren previously held the position of Tier 2 Support Engineer for Virtual Events. Keren operated a self-employed venture from September 2010 to November 2020 and worked as a Computer Teacher for the Karev Foundation Inc and a Substitute & English Teacher for the Ministry of Education in Israel. Keren's technical experience includes significant roles at Intel, where responsibilities encompassed first-level support and system administration for various document management systems. Keren holds certifications in Full Stack Web Development and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), with a formal education from Technology College Be'er-Sheva and Hi-Tech College.
