Thomas Ellis

Thomas Ellis has a strong background in technical roles, with experience in various positions. Thomas has recently been working at Kaltura, starting as a Solutions Engineer in March 2019 and later advancing to the role of Principal Solutions Engineer, focusing on education. Thomas then became the Director of Solutions Enablement and CoE, overseeing solution engineering functions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Solutions Engineering. Additionally, Thomas worked at PreSales Academy as a Coach, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in securing Presales jobs. Prior to their current roles, they were a Collaboration Architect at Liberty University and held the role of Process Owner at Nielsen, where they contributed to improving workflows within the Service Quality group. Their earlier experience includes a Project Manager and Service Manager role at Central Technology Solutions.

Thomas Ellis completed their education at Liberty University from 2007 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Business Management Information Systems with a specialization in Application Development in the field of Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Auburn University from 2001 to 2003, majoring in Mechanical Engineering but did not obtain a degree. Thomas Ellis also holds additional certifications, including Demo2Win! from 2Win! in the year 2021 and CMNO from Cisco Meraki in the year 2018.
