Andy Worsley

Andy Worsley has held various roles throughout their work experience. Andy started as an Intern Analyst at OC&C Strategy Consultants in 2007, where they worked on a project for a national retailer and provided analysis to tight deadlines. In 2009, they became a Software Engineer at Metaswitch Networks and worked there until 2012. Andy then joined Deloitte Digital as a Senior Technology Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Andy worked as the Chief Technology Officer at graze.com from 2014 to 2021, leading the technology team and overseeing various projects such as building a new analytics platform and migrating core business processes. Since 2018, they have also served as a part-time Technology Consultant for SMEs, providing technology due diligence and strategy consulting services. Andy's most recent role is as the Head of Engineering at Kaluza, where they are involved in building the Kaluza ecosystem of intelligent energy platforms.

Andy Worsley received a Master's Degree (MPhys) in Physics from the University of Oxford, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended RGS Worcester from 1994 to 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications such as MBCS from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and MInstP from the Institute of Physics in the year 2021.
