Bryony Hencher

Bryony Hencher is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Partner at Kaluza since June 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with the Chief Product Officer to design and implement people strategies and initiatives. Prior to this role, Bryony spent over six years at UCAS, progressing from a Recruiter to HR Adviser and finally to HR Operations Business Partner, collaborating with senior leadership to develop workforce plans and initiatives.
