Natasha McArthur has 17 years of experience in the People and Talent space. She started at OVO Energy in 2013 where she led talent acquisition, growing the company’s headcount from 150 to over 1,500 employees. Prior to OVO, Natasha was Talent Director at Gousto, a UK technology unicorn, where she oversaw people operations, talent and engagement. As People Director at pioneering energy technology business, Kaluza, Natasha is spearheading the company’s rapid international growth, building teams overseas in Portugal and the US. Natasha is fiercely passionate about people, the environment and doing the right thing.
