Ashley Keller

Ashley joined Skilljar from ShipBob, where she built up the People function from scratch by evolving from a generalist function to a specialty global people operating model. During her tenure she helped scale headcount by 6x while scaling revenue by 17X. Before that, Ashley held roles of increasing responsibility in HR and Talent at Innovative Staff Solutions, International Paper, and Land Lake College. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University.
