Richard Rattlidge

Richard Rattlidge has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard is currently working at Kaluza as a Product Lead in the Reliability Squad, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at Kaluza from April 2022 until March 2023.

Before joining Kaluza, Richard worked at Immersive Labs as a Lead Product Manager from November 2019 to April 2022. Richard also held positions at Brightpearl, where they served as a Senior Product Manager from August 2019 to November 2019, and as a Product Manager from August 2016 to July 2019.

Richard's earlier experiences include working as a Business Analyst for Digital Experience at The Real Adventure Unlimited from January 2014 to August 2016, and as a Project Manager at the Environment Agency from July 2012 to December 2013.

Starting their career at Huthwaite International, Richard held various roles such as Learning Technology Manager from April 2010 to July 2012, Technology Enabled Solutions Analyst from June 2008 to April 2010, and Technology Enabled Solutions Co-ordinator from May 2007 to June 2008.

Richard Rattlidge completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering (Mobile Communications) from The University of Sheffield, from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied A-levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Further Maths at Exeter College, Exeter, from 1999 to 2001. Richard completed their GCSEs at Handsworth Grammar School from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of "Scrum: Advanced" from LinkedIn in 2019.
