Kerrie Cutting

Kerrie Cutting has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Kerrie is currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Head of Human Resources at KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Synlogic, Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. Kerrie also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked as the Director & Lead Commercial HR Business Partner at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Kerrie has held various leadership roles in HR, including at PeopleFluent, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. Kerrie has also worked at Communispace Corporation, Akibia, and BrassRing, where they gained expertise in talent acquisition.

Kerrie Cutting obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Merrimack College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Later, in 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from Suffolk University.
