Rebecca D.

Rebecca D. has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting with their roles at Evotec from 2004 to 2009 as a Senior Scientist. Rebecca then worked at Vantia Ltd as a Senior Scientist from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined KalVista Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Senior Scientist until 2020. Rebecca continued with KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in various roles, including Team Leader from 2019 to 2020, Associate Director from 2020 to 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Early Discovery Chemistry since June 2021.

Rebecca D.'s education journey started in 1996 when they pursued a degree in Chemistry at the University of Nottingham. Rebecca successfully completed their MSci degree in Chemistry in the year 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Nottingham to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry. Rebecca dedicated three years to their doctoral studies, completing their degree in 2003.
