James has worked in technology for over 20 years. He began his career at a telecommunications company before working at one of the top agencies in the world, Avanade. At Avanade, he worked with some of the best minds in the industry across various systems. This experience drove his passion for technology. Throughout the years, James formed strong relationships with his clients. This, his strong connection with Joe and their shared similar passions and ambitions is what led to the formation of their business.

In 2012, James partnered with Joe Donofrio to form the agency Karbyn. Karbyn was founded to specialize in enterprise digital experiences and worked with large companies like Adecco, Schlumberger, Dealertrack and Comcast. James and Joe's industry experience enabled them to expand the offerings of the business to increase revenue. In 2018, they decided to sell the business and focus on helping customers in a new way.

In 2020, James and Joe started Kalyber, a new company with a focus in advertising and building a community around it. At this time, James' passion for entertainment and technology led him to the social aspects of Facebook. His desire to help businesses grow drove him to dissect the Facebook Ad Network. The ability to fine tune audiences and the vast data provided thrilling ways to experiment and learn. James leads the practice focused on Facebook and Instagram advertising. His love of finding and building audiences, along with technical expertise is ideal to unlocking the full potential of the Facebook Ad Network.

After being a lifelong New Yorker, James recently relocated from NYC to California with his beloved dog Rosie. You can often find him going on walks with Rosie, meeting new people and discovering what his new city has to offer.
