Joe Donofrio

COO at Kalyber

Joe has worked in technology for almost 20 years. He has held various positions in and around NYC within the marketing technology consulting industry. Always a problem-solver, he became a leader in each of the companies he worked for. He learned new industries and technology throughout his career and brought new ways of thinking and unique insights to any position and company he worked for. This experience led to his passion for business and his partnership with James de la Bastide.

In 2012, Joe and James started a new company called Karbyn. Karbyn specialized in enterprise digital experiences and worked with clients like Dealertrack, Comcast, Schlumberger, Adecco and many more. At its peak, Karbyn had 22 employees and the company remained profitable from inception to acquisition. In 2018, Joe and James decided it was time to sell the company to pursue new opportunities.

In 2020, Joe and James decided to start Kalyber, a new venture with a focus in advertising and building a community around it. At this time, Joe turned his focus to the Google Ad Network. His experience within different industries and different size businesses enabled him to develop his skills tailored to each business. Today, Joe heads up the practice focused solely on advertising within the Google Ad Network, including YouTube. His technical background and business aptitude are ideal for creating successful campaigns.

Joe lives in Long Island with his wife and 2 children. You can often find him in the kitchen making many delicious meals or grilling during the summer.
