Michelle Appelros

Michelle Appelros is a food stylist and chef who currently works at Kam & Co. Prior to their current position, they worked as a kok at Meyers / Claus Meyer from September 2008 to October 2011, and as a sous chef at wagamama from January 2007 to December 2008. Michelle began their career as a kok at Tivoli in January 2005, where they worked until December 2007.

Michelle Appelros attended Lund University in Sweden, where they studied religion and religious studies.
