Mayra A. Garcia

Mayra A. Garcia, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Manager of HR Shared Services at Kaman Corporation, leading the implementation of a Human Resources Shared Services Organization in the Aerospace industry since May 2020. Prior to this role, Mayra held positions including Human Resources Transformation Manager at Kaman Corporation, where responsible for the Dayforce HCM system implementation, and served as Human Resources Supervisor at Kaman Aerospace Corporation, providing support for various HR functions across multiple locations. Mayra's extensive experience in human resources began as a Human Resources Generalist at Infotech Aerospace Services, Inc. and has included earlier roles as HR Clerk and Recruiter. Mayra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ana G. Méndez University System USA and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
