Marcin Basta

Marcin Basta, LL.M. Eur., currently serves as Global Senior Project Manager for HR Shared Services at MAHLE, with a focus on leading global HR transformation initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Director and Head of HR Delivery at Schaeffler, where Marcin successfully established and implemented the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) service delivery model, and as Program Manager at BD, responsible for coordinating multifunctional process transitions to Shared Service Centers. Marcin's earlier positions include HR Operations Manager and Team Lead at Credit Suisse/Wipro, as well as leadership roles in late collections and customer service at GE Money Bank. Marcin holds a Master of European Law from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and has completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the University of Economics, Wrocław and in Management at Wrocław School of Banking.
