Megan Morgan

Megan Morgan is currently the VP & CHRO at Kaman. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Electrical Wiring Systems at Legrand, North America from August 2016 to October 2018. Megan has also held the position of Director of Human Resources for OEM & Aftermarket at Barnes Aerospace from January 2011 to June 2015, and Human Resources Director for Barnes Industrial at Barnes Group Inc. from July 2015 to July 2016. Megan began their career in Human Resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers in September 1998 as a Manager of Corporate Staffing, and assumed additional responsibility as the HR Manager for the Lean Leadership Program in October 2009.

Megan Morgan has a Masters in Positive Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Megan also has a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University.
