Karli Young

Karli Young is an accomplished Audience Engagement Strategist at Kamehameha Schools since April 2025, with a robust background in product design and user experience. Prior experience at Servco Pacific Inc. included the role of Product Designer II, where contributions encompassed the development of a centralized design system, a vehicle tracking application adopted by over 200 employees, and a same-day check web application. Karli's expertise also extends to conducting user research, implementing design considerations during website migrations, and creating detailed documentation to enhance cross-functional communication. Earlier experiences include positions as a Junior UX Designer, Product Design Intern, and various roles in web production and teaching assistance. Karli holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Design from Northeastern University.
