Léa Cordella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Léa worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kameleoon, where they were responsible for assisting clients in various domains, such as retail, automobile, tourism, and media, in optimizing their digital customer journeys to increase conversions. Léa also acted as a Project Manager, overseeing the conceptualization, delivery, and implementation of campaigns, including A/B testing and personalization.
Prior to that, Cordella worked at Coty as a Global Digital Project Manager Junior, specifically for Hugo Boss Fragrances. Léa'sresponsibilities included managing brand image, briefing agencies for asset creation, deploying digital campaigns, and supporting eRetailer initiatives. Léa also handled asset management and collaborated with different stakeholders, such as marketing and agencies.
Léa began their career at Orange as a Product Manager Data Assistant before joining Eurofins Environment Nederland as Responsible for Market Studies. Cordella also gained experience as a Communication and Press Assistant at Albert, Jean et Pedro, an Advertising Manager at L'Express, and an Accounting Assistant at State Street.
Léa Cordella completed their education with a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from KEDGE Business School between 2017 and 2020. During their studies, they also had an exchange experience at Umeå University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to their master's, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Relations et affaires internationales from ICN Business School, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
