Pierre Saab has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pierre started their career as an Industrial Electrician at Markem-Imaje from September 2009 to December 2012. Later, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Support Analyst, assisting users with IT issues and providing solutions from July 2013 to March 2014. Pierre then worked at Apple as a Technical Support Advisor, offering support on Apple products and escalating complex issues from March 2014 to September 2014. Pierre also worked at Accenture as a Digital Marketing Support Specialist from November 2014 to March 2016. Pierre's next role was at Marin Software, where they initially served as a Customer Support Advisor, educating clients on platform usage and managing escalations in both English and French from March 2016 to February 2017. Pierre was subsequently promoted to Senior Customer Support Advisor and held the position until December 2018. Currently, Pierre is employed as a Technical Support Manager at Kameleoon since July 2019.
Pierre Saab attended Lycée Victor Hugo Valence from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate in Accounting.
