Kamigumi Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the logistics service business. The Company operates in three business divisions. The Domestic Logistics segment is engaged in the harbor transportation business, the warehouse business, the freight automobile transportation and other domestic transportation-related business. The Overseas Logistic segment is engaged in the international transportation business. The Others segment is involved in the heavy construction machinery work business, the real estate leasing business, the sale and leasing of goods, the finance business, as well as the development, sale and maintenance of software, among others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 19 subsidiaries and 16 associated companies.
