Henrique Boz

Henrique Boz is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Kamino since August 2024. Previously, Henrique held the same position at Docket Brasil and was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at QuintoAndar, where responsible for enhancing property sales pre-contract engineering initiatives and significantly increasing contract volume. As Co-Founder and CTO of LAR.app, Henrique established the tech organization and launched the first MVP. Henrique's earlier roles include Principal Systems Engineer at ARRIS, where led a team delivering IoT solutions for major ISPs, and various positions at GVT, focusing on cost-effective service innovations. Henrique holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Electronics and Telecommunications from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
