Kourtney Sullivan

Kourtney Sullivan is an accomplished creative operations professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Creative Operations at Kamp Grizzly since January 2024. With a strong background in team management and process optimization, Kourtney oversees career development, project management, and creative quality assurance. Prior to this role, Kourtney was the Creative Operations Manager at Kamp Grizzly from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included establishing best practices and mentoring team members. Kourtney's extensive experience at Nike from 2011 to 2021 encompassed roles such as Creative Studio Coordinator, where support for over 1,000 designers was provided, and various print design positions, leading to significant contributions in design and development processes. Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Textiles from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Fullerton College.
