Mirza Baig is a seasoned professional in the field of 3D animation and technical artistry, currently serving as Lead Technical Artist at Kamsoft Technologies since January 2023. Concurrently, Mirza holds the position of 3D Rigging Supervisor at ABTACH LTD, where leadership and communication skills have been honed while managing a team and coordinating cross-departmental efforts. As a Senior Rigger at Wakhra Studios, Mirza worked closely with animation and VFX teams to optimize rigs for efficiency. Previously, Mirza led a team of riggers at Kids Land, overseeing the entire rigging process and ensuring high-quality outputs. Mirza's career began at ICE Animations Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included leading technical artistry and quality control in animation production from September 2013 to January 2021.
