Andy Creak is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in developing technology-driven solutions and leading business transformations in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Founding Investor and CEO of Kana Earth, dedicated to advancing Natural Capital as an asset class, Andy also founded and invested in Hedkayse, known for its innovative head protection products. Past roles include EVP Business Development at InvestCloud, where significant growth was achieved, and Founder of Rplan, which became a leading provider of D2C technology for asset managers in the UK. With a background that includes strategic positions at Cofunds and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Andy has consistently demonstrated a talent for driving operational efficiency, enhancing client engagement, and fostering innovation. Andy holds a BSc in Computer Science from Swansea University.
