Martin Doherty

Martin Doherty has extensive experience in IT service delivery management. Martin started their career at Abtex and Compel Computer Services Ltd as an SDM. In 2000, they joined Computacenter as an IT Service Delivery Manager, where they provided customer site-based IT managed services to Edinburgh City Council. Martin then moved to DELL Corporation in 2007, where they continued their role as an IT Service Delivery Manager Senior Advisor, achieving demanding service levels. In 2012, they transferred to ACCESS LLP, still in the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager, delivering a £15M IT managed service to Glasgow primary schools and nurseries. Since 2014, Martin has been working at KANA Software as a Service Delivery Manager.

Martin Doherty obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University. No specific start or end years for this education experience were provided.
