Bryant Russell

Bryant Russell has a diverse work experience in the finance and sales and marketing industries. In 2019, they began working as a Sales and Marketing Intern at LocalAnyDay, where they were responsible for bringing in revenue by working with businesses to get listed on the LocalAnyDay technology platform. Bryant was successful in cold calling and face to face sales by implementing the ACR sales methodology into their technique. Bryant also directed a team to create and upload marketing materials to better optimize the app’s search results with people on the App Store and Google Play store. In 2021, they began working as a Corporate Finance Intern at Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc., where they were in charge of implementing the new FASB ASC 842 Lease Accounting change across the entire entity that impacted over 1800 employees. Bryant also coordinated and led a project to transition the company's expense reporting and reimbursements from IFS Apps 10 to SAP Concur, and created data visualization tools through Excel and PowerBI to show management the current status of the month-end close process. Additionally, they have been working as a Finance Manager at Kana Systems since 2019, where they keep Kana System's operations and processes DCAA compliant. Theirfocus is on operations management, expense tracking management, cost accounting, tax accounting, and budgeting. Bryant devised the operations and processes to keep Kana System’s financials DCAA compliant.

Bryant Russell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2018 and 2022. Prior to this, they attended Southwest High School from 2014 to 2018.
