Lindsay W. has a diverse educational background. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies (Anthropology) and Gender Studies from Austin College, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Food Service & Hospitality from Dallas College, and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, Supply Chain Management, and Market/Product Development from Penn State University. Lindsay also served as a Research Fellow in Latin American Studies (Anthropology) at The University of Kansas, and took courses in Anthropology & Social Formation at Universidad Veracruzana.
