Bill Arthur

Bill Arthur has extensive experience in emergency medical services, having served as a Paramedic at Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority since September 2005, providing advanced life support and contributing to the education committee to represent EMT educational needs. Additionally, Bill has been a First Aid and CPR instructor for the American Heart Association since March 2012, and was retired from the Sissonville Fire Department after over two decades of service. Prior roles include route sales and truck driver, recognized as the #1 salesman for Tom's Snacks and Keebler, and a construction foreman managing a remodeling crew. Bill holds a Paramedic degree from Mountwest Community and Technical College and has completed training in Emergency Medical Technology.
