Sarah Kingston

Sarah Kingston is an experienced Victim Services Coordinator at Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, serving since September 2012, where responsibilities include advocating for adults and children affected by crime. Kingston is a Certified Victim Advocate and a Certified Domestic Violence Instructor for Law Enforcement. Prior to this role, Kingston worked as an Advocate/Outreach Coordinator at Branches Domestic Violence Shelter Inc. from November 1999 to September 2012. Education was completed at West Virginia State University.
