Alexei is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lean A-to-Z, a firm dedicated to optimizing modern, creative companies, and holds the title of Distinguished Fellow at Kanban University, actively contributing to the Kanban method and its global community. With a background that includes roles as an Associate Consultant for Mauvius Group, an Internal Agile/Lean Consultant at Desire2Learn, and various engineering positions at companies like Philips Medical Systems and Openwave Systems, Alexei's expertise spans Lean, Agile methodologies, and software development. Alexei holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
