Ruben Tena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile transformation, having served as a Senior Agile Coach at EPAM Systems since August 2016. Tena has led agile initiatives across various levels, developed customized training programs, and achieved significant training milestones, mentoring over 1,000 individuals. With a strong background in software development, Tena has held various roles, including Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager, managing teams and driving project success. Currently, Tena serves as a certified Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and possesses a degree in Computer Systems Engineering.
