Travis Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and management consulting. Currently serving as the Director and Agile Coach at Sun Life since February 2023, Travis Birch also leads their own consulting firm, Travis Birch & Associates, since June 2020. Additionally, Travis Birch holds roles as an Accredited Kanban Consultant and Trainer at Kanban University since February 2017.
