Liam Williams

Head of Customer Success at Kandji

Liam Williams is the Head of Customer Success at Kandji. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Customer Operations at RetailOps from September 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that the customer success, technical support, professional services, and educational programming teams provided unparalleled customer experiences during the onboarding, support opportunities, and growth stages in the customer’s business life cycle. Liam also established feedback strategies/standards and improved NPS over 50 points and Customer Satisfaction 30 points.

Williams began their career in 2006 as an Operations Manager at Circuit City. Liam then transitioned to Apple in 2009, where they served as a Manager of Sales until 2018. During their time at Apple, they were responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that targets were met.

Williams is a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of success in customer operations and sales management. Liam is passionate about providing world-class customer experiences and takes pride in their team’s accomplishments.

Liam Williams has an interdisciplinary studies degree in technology management from Northern Arizona University and a music performance degree in classical trombone from San Diego State University. Liam also has certification from Pavilion in CCO School and Dell EMC in EMC Academic Associate, Cloud Infrastructure and Services.

Liam Williams reports to Adam Pettit, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Crystal Grainger - Director, Revenue Operations, Dan Miller - Content Director, and Mark Daughters - Head of Operations.
