Dean Markus

Dean Markus has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and geographic information systems (GIS). Dean is currently working as a Data Analyst at Kando, where they are responsible for building and managing high-level processing abilities for data and geo-data fields. Dean'srole focuses on providing end-to-end solutions for Kando's needs and requires strong design, technical, and instructional skills.

Before joining Kando, Dean worked as a Geographic Information Systems Coordinator at the Shamir Research Institute from March 2021 to September 2021. In this role, they coordinated GIS activities and projects within the institute.

Prior to that, Dean worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at 4M Analytics from November 2020 to March 2021. Dean'sresponsibilities included managing and performing deep learning projects, providing machine's object-detection abilities based on aerial images. Dean also handled end-to-end responsibilities such as project management, analysis, and quality assurance.

Dean has also gained valuable experience as an Analyst during their self-employment period from September 2015 to October 2020. In this role, they processed and analyzed big, small, and diverse data, drawing conclusions, formulating recommendations, and presenting findings to both individuals and crowds. Dean had the flexibility to work alone or as part of a team based on the project's scale.

Dean Markus earned a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the Holon Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.
