David Giatras

David Giatras has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked in park operations for the Bloomingdale Park District, where they were responsible for tasks such as maintaining parks and building facilities. From 2019 to 2023, they worked for the Village of Hoffman Estates as a Maintenance I- Forestry Division. In 2019, David worked as a Video Production Intern at Boxless Media. In 2020, they became a freelance Content Creator. David also worked as a Camera Operator for the Schaumburg Boomers in 2022 and as a Game Day Videographer for the Chicago Union in 2021. From 2021 to 2023, David held the position of Head of Video Production/Technical Director at the Chicago Steel (USHL), where they also worked as part of the Game Night Production Crew. In 2022, they joined Comic Book Resources as a List Writer and later as a Features and List Writer. David is currently working as a Video Director for the Kane County Cougars Baseball, starting in 2023.

David Giatras attended The Second City Film School from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on film/television production and writing/storytelling. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production at Illinois State University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, David has also obtained a certification in "Using Green Screen to Make Great Videos" from LinkedIn in 2021.
