Darren Smoger

Darren Smoger is a seasoned professional in operational and financial management with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Since July 2017, Darren has served as Case Flow Manager and Court Officer for Kane County, Illinois. Previously, Darren held the position of Regional Manager at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, overseeing operations and financial performance for up to 12 stores and donation centers. Prior to that, Darren worked as Area Manager and Store Manager at Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin. Darren's career also includes significant contributions to Target as an Executive Team Lead and various managerial roles at Kmart Corporation, focusing on merchandise management and store operations. Darren earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University from 1990 to 1995.
