Juan Gaytan

Juan (JR) Gaytan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of MS Polymers at Kaneka North America since April 2019, Juan has a solid background from The Dow Chemical Company, where roles included Associate Sales Director, Senior Account Manager, and Distributor Sales Leader for the Southeast, focusing on Performance Products and Chemicals. Juan also held the position of Market Manager for the Americas, overseeing Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers. Earlier experience includes serving as Systems House Director at The Dow Chemical Company from 2001 to 2005. Juan holds dual MBAs in Services Marketing and Management from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and in Executive Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
