José Gomes

José Gomes co-founded KANERAI in 2009 and served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to that, they worked in GoldenTree Asset Management from 2007 to 2010, focusing on structured products. From 2006 to 2007, they were employed at Morgan Stanley with a role in structured products. Before entering the financial sector, José worked as a researcher at IBM Watson Research from 2000 to 2006.

José Gomes pursued their education in a chronological manner. José attended École Polytechnique from 1993 to 1996. Although the details of their degree and field of study during this time are unknown, it can be inferred that they completed their undergraduate studies at this institution. Subsequently, they enrolled at INRIA, where they pursued a Ph.D. in Computational Vision from 1996 to 2000.
