Bruna Menezes

Bruna Menezes has extensive experience in the tourism industry, currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Kangaroo Tours Operadora Turística since December 2024. Previously, Bruna worked as an Operations Analyst Trainee at TTWGroup from July 2023 to December 2024 and as a Sales Assistant at Selections from March 2022 to July 2023, focusing on B2C consulting and travel logistics. Early career included a position as a Call Center Agent at GOL Linhas Aéreas from July 2021 to October 2022, handling customer inquiries and ticketing, and as a Travel Assistant at Pama Tours from March 2019 to April 2020. Bruna is currently pursuing a Tecnólogo degree in Fashion Design at Universidade Paulista, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Centro Universitário FAM.
