Todd Horton has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Starting in 2000, they were a Product Manager at Salary.com, where they focused on new product development for consumers and businesses. Todd was one of the earliest employees and helped launch the Salary Wizard, which was the internet's first resource to research salary information. In 2006, they moved to Seoul, Korea to become the Marketing Director at JobKorea, where they worked to ensure the company preserved its #1 market position. Todd also worked closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure marketing was aligned with divisional goals. In 2009, they became the CEO of KangoGift, where they led a team that supported the company's HR platform. Todd helped organizations increase employee engagement, retention, and manager effectiveness. The company was named a Brilliant Idea by Entrepreneur Magazine, Mashable called them a leader in social recognition, and they were nominated for Product of the Year MassTLC and Mobile Innovation of the Year Finalist. They were also a MassChallenge Finalist and YEi France Innovation Laureate.

Todd Horton received their MBA from Yale School of Management in 2006, where they studied Organizational Theory, Marketing, and Social Impact. Todd obtained their BA in English from Boston College in 1999. Todd Horton also attended High Technology High School.
