Stephen Husak

Stephen Husak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial growth, education, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as the Business Director for Business Retention at the Economic Alliance of Kankakee County since October 2011, Stephen specializes in industrial growth and retention. Additionally, Stephen has been an Adult Education Teacher at Kankakee Community College since April 2007, focusing on courses such as Computer Literacy and Job Connections. From 2006 to 2009, Stephen was the CEO of Husak Consulting, providing coaching for organizational and manufacturing entities. Prior roles include Vice President of Manufacturing at American Spring Wire Corp. from 1996 to 2004, overseeing multiple plant locations, and Plant Manager at Armstrong World Industries from 1969 to 1996. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from La Salle University.
