Nandan Rao

Nandan previously founded a consulting firm, Virtual Lab, that designs impact evaluations for public health interventions for organizations such as The World Bank and UNICEF, was Head of Engineering at venture-backed machine-learning startup Relink Labs, and taught machine learning and causal inference as an Associate Professor in the MSc. Data Science program at Barcelona School of Economics. Before all of that, he made movies.

He has an MRes in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University, an MSc. in Data Science from Barcelona School of Economics, and a BFA in Film and Television Production from New York University.
