Kirby Hagans

Kirby Hagans has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. From 1995 to 2018, they worked at Golden Belt Telephone, where they held various roles including Central Office Technician, Outside Plant Technician, and eventually Plant Manager. In 2019, they joined KanOkla Networks as a Plant Supervisor and was later promoted to Plant Manager.
