The Distribution Centre is fully equipped with low-bed trailers, recovery vehicles and pick-up trucks to ensure timely deliveries to customer’s premises and to our branches. Kanoo Machinery carries an inventory of parts in excess of USD$ 5million. Fast moving parts are stocked in all branches whilst on-line link to regional warehouses in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The UAE ensure a first pick availability up to 90% for common agencies. Non-stocking parts available in Principal’s warehouses are generally made available within 2/3 working days. Trained and qualified personnel also ensure that the customer gets prompt service to keep equipment downtime to the minimum.
