Jason Chase Tyrrell

Jason Chase Tyrrell has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Writer/Producer/Development at Chunky Baby Productions. In 2011, they served as the West Coast Editor for Film Slate Magazine. In 2013, they were the Co-Director for the Cinema at the Edge Independent Film Festival, and also worked as the Pilot for Neli's Big Adventure. In the same year, they also became the Director of Acquisitions & Distribution at Traverse Media. In 2015, they were the Industry Liaison for AFI FEST 2015 Presented by Audi. In 2016, they joined VUBIQUITY as the Director, Content and Senior Manager, Programming & Content Strategy. In 2017, they were the Senior Vice President, Content and Vice President, Content at Breaker. In 2021, they became the Vice Chair and Board Member of Video Trust. Currently, they are the General Manager and Vice President, Content at Kanopy.

Jason Chase Tyrrell received their Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Rutgers University in 1999. Jason Chase attended Randolph High School from 1991 to 1995.
