Shweta Kumari

Shweta Kumari is an experienced automotive colour designer at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd since September 2019, where responsibilities include proposing new colours for OEMs through presentations and forecasts. Prior to this role, Shweta worked as a textile designer for Reliance Retail's Swadesh brand, focusing on authentic Indian textile work in Rajasthan. Shweta also gained experience as a textile designer at Pidilite Industries Limited, contributing to a government CSR project, and at the Uttrakhand Artist Welfare Association. Shweta's foundational education in textile design was completed at the National Institute of Design, where a Bachelor's of Design was awarded, following earlier education at DAV Public School in Navi Mumbai.
