Jake Mense

Jake Mense, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Jake currently serves as the Director of Operations at KCAV, where they oversee the operations department and coordinates installations for integration projects. Prior to this role, Jake was the Owner Principal of Summit Mattress By Appointment, LLC, where they focused on providing individualized service to customers and saving them money on premium mattress sets.

Jake also has extensive experience in the education sector, working at the University of Phoenix in various roles. Jake served as the Director of Campus Services Operations, leading initiatives to support students, alumni, and stakeholders across multiple markets. Additionally, Jake held the positions of Director of Operations and Associate Director of Operations, managing daily operations and supervising staff in learning centers. Before their career in education, Jake worked as a Sales Associate at Datamax Inc., specializing in selling multi-functional devices and data management solutions to local businesses.
