Jade Brooks

Jade Brooks serves as the Stadium Staffing and Resources Manager for the Kansas City Chiefs since June 2023, overseeing staff training materials, recruitment, hiring, and employee retention programs, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. Previously, Jade held the position of Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant within the organization, facilitating hiring processes and game day staff training. Prior experience includes a role as Student Affairs Human Resource Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where Jade supported recruitment efforts and event activities, and as an HR Generalist Intern at Yellow, analyzing HR data and assisting with company initiatives. Jade earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Human Resource Certificate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
