Ryan Poles

Ryan Poles has extensive experience in player personnel and scouting within the NFL, having served in various roles including Executive Director of Player Personnel, Assistant Director of Player Personnel, Director of College Scouting, College Scouting Coordinator, and Scouting Assistant at the Kansas City Chiefs since May 2009. Prior to this, Ryan gained experience as a Football Recruiting Graduate Assistant at Boston College from October 2008 to May 2009. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Boston College, where education was completed from 2003 to 2007, and attended Canandaigua Academy from 2000 to 2003.
