Caroline Dornan

Caroline Dornan is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, and 9th grade History teacher at Kansas City Girls Preparatory Academy since June 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline had a successful tenure at KIPP KC from July 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included various positions such as 5th and 6th grade English Language Arts teacher, 7th Grade Reading Teacher, and Middle School Summer School Assistant Principal. Caroline's teaching experience also includes a role as a 7th grade writing teacher at Gestalt Community Schools and a student teaching position at South Panola High School. In addition, Caroline has a background in summer camp leadership and customer service. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration at Arkansas State University, Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Mississippi.
